Does what it's suppose to. No water weight gain, you build muscle fast and you get STRONG. Lots of energy gained, sometimes it's hard to take breaks in between sets because you just want to keep going and going. Customer service was great and product showed up 2 days before it was suppose to.

This product is absolutely amazing, with the correct nutrition and cardio it's absolutely the best thing to use to lose weight and cut body fat.

I noticed when taken in moderation I am stronger, healthier and have more control or rather have low to nil in sexual urges and being Catholic this works for my lifestyle. All I can say is I’m king, sex has no power over me. I will order more as I go several days without it, thus moderation and lemon juice with water every morning to regenerate the liver.
