As you may have read on our shipping and return policies page, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the product(s) price. Shipping charges will not be refunded, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.). Plus, we will pay to have the replacement shipped back to you.
Since payments are processed immediately upon checkout we cannot simply cancel your order. If you want to return your order before it ships we will issue you a refund in accordance with our returns policy, except you will be refunded for any shipping charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
