We ship via UPS and USPS. We will provide the different shipping options and prices for each in your shopping cart. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All military orders ship via USPS.

On international orders, if the package is seized by customs for any reason and is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. If we receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Some returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee, which will be deducted from the amount that is refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.
International customers are responsible for all duties/taxes charged by his/her country.
All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address or we will refuse the order.
We do not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged products being shipped to an international address.
When you place an order, we will provide you with multiple shipping options to choose from and the price for each. Most orders are shipped out the same business day (if placed before 3pm PST) or within 1-2 business days after. Some orders may take longer due to a manufacture back order or if there is a delay in a shipment coming to us. If for any reason your order will be delayed outside of our normal scheduled shipping time we will contact you.
Domestic shipping time frames (from day of shipment):
USPS (Priority Mail Express) – Overnight to most places, if ordered before 1pm PST (except Sunday)
USPS (Priority Mail) – Average of 2-3 business days (includes Saturday)
USPS (First-Class Mail) – Average of 3-4 business days (includes Saturday)
UPS (Next Day Air) – Next day, if ordered before 3pm PST (no delivery on Saturday or Sunday)
UPS (Ground) – 3-5 business days
International shipping time frames (from day of shipment):
USPS (Priority Mail International) – 6-10 business days to many major markets
USPS (First-Class Mail) – Varies by destination. No expected delivery date is given.

All shipping charges can be calculated by adding the item(s) you want to your shopping cart and entering in your basic shipping details.
USPS Tracking Information
Your trackable item is scanned several times throughout the mail stream, starting with acceptance at the postal facility and finally, when the item is delivered (or delivery is attempted) or picked up by the recipient or the recipient’s agent. With the tracking number, you can check delivery progress online, by phone and by text. You can also sign up online or on your mobile device to receive tracking notifications sent to you via email or text.

You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the product(s) price. Shipping charges will not be refunded, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.). Plus, we will pay to have the replacement shipped back to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 business day) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
