How to Order
This page will help you understand our ordering policies.
You can place an order two ways.
Quickly and Easily Order Online.
1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping cart. Then, select My Cart or Checkout.
2. Select your shipping method by using the Estimate Shipping and Tax section (on the left side)(tax is only calculated if you live in AZ). If you have a coupon code you will enter on the checkout page.
3. You can checkout as a guest, register an account or login to your existing account.
4. You will be prompted to enter your billing address, shipping address (if different), shipping method and payment information. Once all that is done please review your order to ensure you have not forgotten anything, then click Place Order.
Order By Phone
To order by phone, have your order ready along with your credit card information. Call us toll free 877-778-4761, M-F from 9am – 5pm PST.
As soon as you submit your order, your payment will process immediately and we will work on getting your order shipped out as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or less.
* If there are any errors with your shipping address please Contact Us immediately. Once your order ships we cannot change the address.
Payment Options
All prices are in USD. Our ordering policies accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards – We accept the following major credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation prior to shipping your order.
- Sezzle – This is an interest free installment plan. 25% paid at checkout and 25% due every other week over the next 6 weeks. Sezzle is a 3rd party payment provider.
- Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle – These are the most popular direct payment options and make it easy for people who don’t have or prefer not to use their debit/credit card. If you select this method you must send your payment, we cannot take it like using a debit/credit card.
- Cryptocurrency – This is a radical new way of making payment and rapidly gaining popularity due to less restrictions. We currently accept BTC, ETH, and LTC.
Coupon Codes
Your coupon code must be entered in the shopping cart. When using a coupon/discount code, only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined. We cannot apply a coupon/discount after your order has been placed.
Product Stock
When a product says “In Stock” that means that we should have at least one of that item you wish to purchase. In some rare cases a product will show In Stock, when it is actually Out of Stock. If this becomes the case, we will make every effort to accommodate you by trying to locate that product with one of our many distributors or offer an identical/similar product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock and it is not available for ordering. Out of Stock products can either be temporarily out or manufacture discontinued.
Backorders
On popular products a shortage may occur due to high sales volume, most likely meaning the manufacture is out of stock. We will notify you via email or phone if a product is backordered and will take an extended amount of time for us to receive more. We ask that you please be patient in these situations, as we will work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Sales Tax
We are based in Arizona, which means orders shipped within AZ will be assessed sales tax.
Security
We at Black Diamond Supplements take securing your information seriously which is why we have these ordering policies. We use the hightest industry-standards to protect all information, whether you are just browsing or submitting an order your information is safe. All payments are processed via a 256 bit encryption. We partnered with industry leader Comodo for our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate to secure and authenticate our website. We are also partnered with Authorize.net, payment solution, to transmit all transactional data. Authorize.net is a company founded on safeguarding transactional information. Site Errors
Anytime an error is discovered we will have it corrected as quickly as possible. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Black Diamond Supplements reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any errors, inaccuracies and/or omissions even after an order has been submitted.
Due to manufactures constantly updating their products not all supplement facts and/or images may be 100% accurate. We do not hold any responsibility for inaccurate information. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in accordance with Black Diamond Supplements Return Policy.
