How to best use Ultra Three:
For best results, apply 2 pumps to skin each morning. Use for 8 weeks, followed by a 4 week break. Advanced users may apply 2-4 pumps daily for up to 12 weeks. Best application sites are: chest, shoulders, upper arm, clavicle region, upper back.
