P.S.P. Pre-Workout by Metabolic Nutrition
P.S.P. (Physique Stimulating Pre-Workout) is a unique pre-workout in that it is not a stimulant. Does not contain Caffeine, DMAA or any other neurological stimulant. This is really beneficial for those getting stimulants from other sources or for those who are sensitive to stimulants. Stimulants can come from coffee, energy drinks and weight loss supplements to name a few. Sometimes it is better to use a non-stimulant pre-workout so as not to over do the stimulants that can cause anxiety, rapid heartbeat, jitters etc.
Additionally, if you use stimulant pre-workouts you should take a break to prevent your body from developing a tolerance to the stimulants, Taking a stimulant free pre workout allows you to still enjoy the pump and increased blood flow a pre workout has to offer just without the extra energy boost.
