Other Ingredients: Gelatin Capsule (Gelatin, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #1, Titanium Dioxide), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Rice Powder, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions: Begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast. An additional 1 capsule may be take 3-6 hours later.
