Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (750 mg) per 100 pounds of body weight 1 hour prior to training. Mix with approximately 4-6 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. For supercharged results, take 2 scoops per 100 pounds of body weight. Non-training days: Take 1 serving per 100 pounds of body weight to assist with muscle recovery.
